HOW ARE THEY COMBINED?
We split this activity into two half day sessions to ensure you enjoy the best of both activities.
Once kitted out in a top of the range wetsuit you and your family or group of buddies will be taught to navigate your way around our beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline on our Stand Up Paddle Board. After launching you’ll learn how to kneel and then stand up paddle, successfully touring around the fringe of the coastline, identify our fascinating marine life, negotiate swell and waves then executing a landing.
SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
The next part is your coasteering adventure.Think about climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping, swimming and a whole load of adrenalin. That’s coasteering. The awe inspiring coastline of Pembrokeshire provides the ideal venue for this exhilarating adventure activity where you’ll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, and flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces. This hotel standard house with an ensuite to every room.
Swan House is located at the centre of the Stackpole. This large holiday property can easily accommodate up to 24 guests in a mix of single, twin and king-size double rooms, all of which are ensuite. With access to all the facilities at the centre, the property is well-suited to corporate, sports, family and friend groups.
Head out and explore the beautiful Stackpole estate. From the house it’s just a short stroll to the lily ponds and lake. Discover the area’s secluded sandy beaches before taking to the cliff tops for a bracing coastal walk.
Further afield, Pembrokeshire is awash with picture perfect villages, world-class surfing beaches and incredible restaurants serving delicious local sea food.

Our Surf Shop is located just outside Pembroke and on the way to our favourite beach Freshwater West. Surf lessons are throughout Pembrokeshire, Standup Paddle Boarding courses will take you to unspoiled coastlines around West Wales.
At Pembrokeshire and West Wales' Premier Surf & Sup (Stand up Paddle Boarding) School we offer a full range of surfing and SUP stand up paddle boarding lessons and equipment hire, from a half day tuition to week long courses, Kids' Clubs, surf camps and more.
