Beginner surf lessons in Pembrokeshire is a great way to learn the basics of Surfing. The lessons are aimed to develop an understanding of how to catch waves, stand up & to be safe in the sea. Improver surf courses move on from catching white water to catching green waves, improving surf technique & surfing different types of waves. Our Surf Shop is based in Pembroke & our School is located at Freshwater West, Manorbier & Newgale. Our Surfing instructors are all fully qualified Surf Coaches & beach SLSGB lifeguards, who can coach you & your family though all levels of surfing & will be happy to run you through all the stages of learning how to surf in Pembrokeshire.

BEGINNER SURF COURSES IN WEST WALES

cover everything from building confidence in white water and learning to control your surfboard to introducing you to the surfing basics and developing good techniques that work for you.

Your first surf lesson is also important for us to learn about your surfing experience and personal goals so we can help you progress through our program confidently, having fun all the way.

Your lesson will include a quick health and safety briefing every time you surf, a quick land lesson including warm up activities & then maximise the water time
